Following my work for the Columbia College Chicago Fabrication Facility I was brought on to establish a wayfinding and signage system for the Art and Art History, Design, Fashion Studies and Photography departments at the college. By working within the college standards for set colors, graphics, logo usage and so on—I was able to interpret and create a system to help students, faculty, staff and administration locate classrooms, facilities and department offices throughout campus.
By further initiating a standard signage system, users are able to locate informative solutions to problems they may be facing. Such as printer and equipment issues, returning rooms to a "ready" position for the next class use, safety and cautionary information and more.
